This privacy notice for Beautybrandr LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our Services (our website, and any sales, marketing, or events we run). "You" refers to any user or visitor of our Services.

The purpose of this notice is to inform you how we collect, use, process, and share your personal information, and to limit that use to the purposes described here. By using our Services, you consent to this notice — whether or not you've read it. If you don't agree with it, please don't use our Services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal information you give us: name, phone number, email, mailing address — provided when you inquire about our services, engage with our content, or contact us. We don't process sensitive information.

Payment data: if you make a purchase, we collect what's needed to process payment (e.g., card number and security code).

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser/device type, operating system, language, referring URLs, and general usage data (pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps). This is collected via cookies and similar technologies, used mainly for security, performance, and analytics. We may also collect approximate location from your IP address — you can opt out via your device's location settings, though this may limit some features.

If at any point you'd like your information removed from our database, contact us at support@beautybrandr.com and we'll delete it.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process your information to:

• Deliver and support our Services, and respond to inquiries

• Send administrative updates (policy/terms changes, order info)

• Fulfill orders, payments, and returns

• Enable user-to-user communication where applicable

• Send marketing communications (you can opt out anytime)

• Detect and prevent fraud, and keep the Services secure

• Understand usage trends and improve the Services

• Protect someone's vital interests when necessary

We will never sell or rent your email address. If we ever use your feedback or story as a testimonial, we'll ask for your separate written consent first.

3. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION ("GDPR") - EU/UK USERS ONLY

We don't have an establishment in the EU/UK and don't direct our Services to EU/UK residents, so GDPR/UK GDPR obligations generally don't apply to us. That said, if an EU/UK/Canadian resident interacts with our Services, here's how we handle your data:

We do not collect sensitive data, nor any information regarding criminal offenses or convictions.

4. WHEN WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION 

We may share your information in connection with a business transfer — a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets.

We also share information with service providers who support our Services — including payment processors, analytics providers, and advertising partners (used to run and measure our ads). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the purposes we specify.

5. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our Services may link to third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices — review their policies directly.

6. AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY ("Cookies")

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. See our Cookie Notice for details and opt-out options. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies, though this may affect functionality. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no industry standard yet exists.

7. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use the Services at your own risk 

8. CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE (COPPA)

We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. By using our Services, you confirm you're 18+, or a parent/guardian consenting on a minor's behalf. If we learn we've collected data from a minor, we'll delete it and deactivate the account.

9. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and why

• Correct inaccurate personal information

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions

• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information

• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months. We do use advertising partners (e.g., for ad targeting and measurement) — under California law, this counts as "sharing," even though it isn't a sale. You can opt out of this sharing through our cookie consent tool on the website, or by emailing us.

The categories of third parties we share information with for this purpose include advertising and analytics partners (e.g., ad networks, social media platforms used for ad targeting).

To submit any of the above requests, email support@beautybrandr.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorization before acting on it. We'll verify your identity before fulfilling any request. If you're under 18 and a California resident, you may request removal of content you've publicly posted on our Services.

10. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this notice from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or via a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated notice.
